    Front fender extension

First time on this forum. A lot of info!! Does anyone know why a front fender extension won't fit on the wing that has an air bag??

Oh it will fit the air bag model - it's just that owners manual suggest you don't use one as it may cause unexpected air-bag problem should it be deployed - But you sure can have one if you wish

If you have a air bag deployment you have big problem that I would think had nothing to do with a fender extension that has no electrical connection and is will below the level of the air bag way from the crash sensors

I saw it on several different manufactures. It would say on the description ( not for airbag model ). I figured it had something to do with the sensors around that area, not sure though

I had one and my mechanic said to get ride of it. I didn't and threw a rock and broke the fender. I should have listened and taken it off

    Mike....
